No. Every plan includes your whole clinic team — clinicians, front desk, and billing coordinators.

Do you charge for portal messages or SMS?

Portal messaging is included. SMS is passed through at cost with no markup.

What about the voice AI receptionist?

The Practice plan includes a dedicated phone number and a fair usage cap. Higher-volume clinics move to Multi-clinic pricing.

Can we migrate from our current tools?
